I love the service. Ivan was great. He was so helpful. One thing I would suggest is maybe some chairs for the customers we activated a phone and purchased a new one so this took about 1 hr, a seat would have been nice for my children.

We arrived at this location to find the sign on the door indicated that they opened at 11am on Sundays. So we waited until then only to find out they actually open at noon. Now I already live an hour away so we wait. 12 arrives and the doors are still locked. The associates who are also waiting to be let in tell us that they have to wait for the manager whom has not arrived yet. We ended up going to sprint elsewhere in the plaza.

I was there when they were just opening this store. They were a great help! I look forward to going back until something closer to Sebring opens!
