I was greeted and helped right when I walked in this morning. Drew was great! She transferred all my information to my new phone within 10 minutes. After checking everything on my new phone, she did not miss one single picture, contact, document, etc that was stored on my old phone. She was also more than happy to answer any questions I had.

If you want real service, this is the place. Another Verizon store (LaCholla and Ina) "could not help me". Jay at the Sunrise/Swan location fixed everything with patience, perseverance and kindness...and an offer to come back if everything was not completely fixed by my next invoice. Before this experience I was going to switch from Verizon. Maybe I'll be able to rethink that decision.

I am so happy I switched to this provider! Having been with Metro "POS" (instead of PCS as I call them) for years & then switching to a "real" provider has been extremely refreshing. I wasn't sure what I wanted when I walked in the door but I was greeted by Nicole who made me feel confident in my purchase & glad that I made the switch. She took the time to show me around and teach me the pros and cons of each phone I was considering.  I would highly recommend the Verizon store in Highland City and more importantly Nicole if you want a helpful, knowledgeable & bright, smiling face to make your buying experience that much more pleasant!  She hooked me up! I left with the Note 4 and couldn't be happier.
