Excellent Customer Service! I went to the store days after hurricane Irma affected South Florida. I was looking for a personal hotspot and even though they didn't have it in stock they provided an alternate solution. I was assigned to Luis who explained the options very clearly. A few days after, I returned to the store and once again Luis was very patient.  Luis is an example of excellent customer service. He takes the time to listen to the customers' needs and provide the best options with a great attitude and professionalism. Thank you Luis for your service!!

Some employees are good, the majority aren't. Some are rude and can be condescending to the customers.  They need to get it together frankly. One emplyee says one thing and the manager says another. I purchased a phone with a screen protector here and after having it installed, I was told by one employee that if there was a problem with it that I could have it replaced and installed, as long as it's within 2 weeks. Unfortunately I did have a problem with the screen protector. After 1 day, I noticed a speck that was beneath the screen protector. I guess the person who installed it didn't wipe the screen properly. I'm not upset about the speck, but about how I was treated by the employees after I returned to get it replaced. After going back and forth with the manager, I ultimately was told that I couldn't get another. Like I said before, please check your employees before checking me because it's unprofessional.

So my moms phone has been giving issues I went there for them to fix it. After waiting over an hour, the girl SARAH was so rude she told me take it to apple. She didnt attempt to do anything with it. She just told me to take it to apple so I called tmobile and the guys on the phone were very helpful even though with the trouble shooting it worked only for a bit. Atleast they did their jobs!!! Thanks for nothing Sarah

Best customer service! Went to the store this evening with my phone thats been locked (long story short) and Luis helped us without getting frustrated or even without having an attitude. He was very patient with us even though the store was about to close. There's a closer T-Mobile store to our house but from now on, we'll drive to this specific store. Thank you Luis for being so patient and professional!!

I was helped by a very knowledgeable Associate name Franklin. He was outstanding not surprising because the entire staff is great. However today a customer walked in and was assisted by Sarah, when I  tell you that this dude was condescending and rude but she kept it professional. 

I was very pleased with her attitude and handling of a jersey of epic proportion. I hope she is appreciated by this company because her and the staff makes one feel worthy to come back.
