When you call no one answers the phone. I pre-
 ordered the iPhone 8 earlier last wk and paid for activations fees.The rep said he would call when there come in. My husband reveived an email that the iPhone were in on Thurs. We go today they can't find our iPhones.  Terrible service!!!

Horrible customer service, been there twice and both times had to leave. They tell you it'll be 15-20 min and after 1 1/2 hrs nothing. Nobody knows anything. Meanwhile employees chatting, laughing having a good time playing like little kids. Go somewhere else.

Very bad customer service this kids had no expirence on customer service very difficult stespecful horrible experience, I do not como to this store because of that, I have been going to the Hollywood best service. Just need it to go to this store.very disappointed

Horrible customer service 5 people helping one customer wait time over an hour to have a pinreset. Manager decides to have a group meeting about a customer they just helped with a line of over 6 people just waiting.

The staff are polite and try to help, but the company policies are terrible towards the customer. They make it very difficult to return leased devices at this location. Good thing there are a lot of options and competition in this market. I will never go on a contract or lease agreement again.
