Ronald was great. Very personable, understanding and had a good sense of humor. All the other staff was helpful as well. Weren't too pushy sales wise. Answered all my questions. They all greeted us as if we were good friends as soon as we walked in. Really enjoyed the experience.

Roy & Kara were great at customer service. They were patient and friendly. And They were helpful and spent the time with me I needed so I could understand my new phone. I will definitely return to this location. The environment was relaxing, and not stressful. Roy and Kara were both respectful and kind to me. I would definitely refer my friends to T Mobil in Novato.

Had a great experience in here moving a line and getting a couple new ones. Thought it would take forever but Roy and Kara had it all sorted in no time, they really know their stuff! Easily the best phone store experience I've had. Just make sure to ask for Roy or Kara, they're the best!

Absolutely awesome service. Went in to switch to T-Mobile so we can travel internationally with unlimited text and data. Lovely staff helped us tremendously, explained all billing and service questions very clearly. Unfortunately one of the phones we had was with Sprint, and we spent the majority of our time at the store battling with Sprint - even though we were ultimately unsuccessful, the T-Mobile staff, particularly Alan, went out of their way to help us. Can't speak to T-mobile as a carrier yet, but highly recommend this store.
