This store is absolutely a big failure of Tmobile corporation. Extremely bad customer service. I recently lost a number in my account due to the fact that someone came to their store and asked to take out the line without my permission. They can bypass the verification code easily that I already setup in my account. I feel like there's no secure for any account with Tmobile when it seemed like they can do whatever they want with customer's accounts. If you seek for helping with your line, this is totally not the place. Also if you wanna steal someone's lines, feel free to come here because they're able to do it like piece of cake

when i call they tell me to wait then, they hang off then i call back they not answer phone and they transfer to fax machine , so i call back no one pic up phone i think the employee not to be train and do not speak and read English then they do not care about customer that why they can not tell costumer CORRECT plan TMobil have COSTUMER make misstate when they Listen to employee TMobil THAT WHY TMOBIL CHARGE TO MUCH TO CUSTOMER i hope T MOBIL do some thing thankS

I called Tmobile, got everything sorted out and just need to go to the store for this final thing. Tmobile left a memo in my account to explain the situation, but this store didn't even check it. They just tell me no, there is no such thing. They didn't even bother to call T-mobile when I tell them about my situation, they just tell me no and try to get me to close my account and use a much more expensive one. I went to another store in Brookhurst and everything is done and resolved in 5 mins. Don't go to this store, go to the one on Brookhurst. I would give 0 star if I can

Very bad. Do not go there. On that store their staff incompetent. They dont know how to fix even a simple problems. Send you to call T-Mobile and ask them. And T-Mobile customer service was very surprised that in store they can't help with that. Absolutely not satisfied.

Horrible customer service! Had to call 611 in order to get my issue resolved and they understood me and fixed it within minutes. Instead of the store representative trying to hear me out, he was arguing with me. Very unprofessional and is completely unaware of the company's service plans.
