Always get 5 star service here. Avoid weekends, there tends to be large waiting lines however they usually do have an adequate amt of staff to help

I cannot give a good review to this store. This is my to go place when I have a problem with my service on my phone or anything else that I may need. Usually the people that are there are lazy unless you buy a phone or anything related. But if you need help with your bill statement, your phone isn't working properly or anything else they will not help you. Their response will be "You need to call a representative at T-mobile." I've been to other t-mobile stores and the agents will help you and will call T-mobile up and do the work. I would recommend the one on 66th on Bergenline better service and will help with what you need.

They're really quick to help just make sure you have a appointment with your sales rep  to make it easier.
