Totally incompetent and not customer friendly. We went there for a new connection and the staff is absolutely clueless about the details mentioned in the att website. No, I'm not against att, check my previous review where I went after visiting this place where I found some very knowledgeable people and friendly staff. The main guy was little ok and were able to at least guide us to a different att dealer. The other 2 are simply loitering around and got absolutely no idea about att. I doubt they tried to charge me more for a new connection since the other store was $15 cheaper for the same SIM card. I see it as their ignorance and "don't care attitude" towards customers. You just lost some business !

No SIM card.. not even one... but if I buy a phone or activate new line they have one ... funny how that works

Wish I can give this store lower rating they charge more then other stores for a SIM card on a phone had to go to the Manhattan corporate store due to cost of the sim.  PS when the representatives say that there special instructions you guys shouldn't argue with the costumer but instead know that the costumer is always right. !
