Poor customer service , extremely rude, and won't try to help you at all. They even told me to call 1 800... good job t-mobile!!!

I went in for a specific phone that was out of stock at another store.  I told the associate I was a prepaid customer when indicating the phone I was interested in.  I asked her the cost of the phone, and it was what I was more or less looking to spend.  So she rang me up after some chit chatting, then gave me the total, almost $50 more than what she had originally told me.  I asked why it was different, and her and the manager both had a different version of why it was different.  I think their products need to be clearly marked, and if there are different prices for different scenarios, then they need to have knowledgeable salespeople who can educate the consumer before they make their purchase.  When I elected not to purchase the phone, the manager sarcastically told me to have a nice day on my way out.

I did a solid favor for a friend whose Sim card messed up while he was out of the country. I stopped in the store to get a new Sim card that was only the beginning of the trouble. It took about an hour to get a new Sim card with no lines. To be safe I purchased a phone just in case his phone was the problem. My friend ended up getting his phone to work so all of the effort of the new Sim card and phone was no longer needed. The next day I went to return the sim card and phone sealed in the box with the receipt (less than 24 hours after the initial purchase) and they wanted to charge me a $50 restocking fee.

If you need to discuss your T-Mobile account upgrade get new service this is the spot to go. Ask for Orlando. He is the best by FAR sales associate I have ever dealt with in all the stores I have been too. The rest of the staff was great too everyone working together not agenst each other. So happy I decided to go here and so happy the other T-Mobile store didn't have what I needed which making me end up here. So very pleased with Orlando.

I have T-Mobile and it is a rip off... The employees at this store have made several promises about their service and have not once followed through... We were promised by Orlando that our bill would never be over $120... We've not once had a bill that amount. . Always close to $200 and now this month, over $300... WTF!!!! Can't wait to hear what the reason is for that.... They lie to us....Cheat us....And treat us as if we are idiots.... Not happy here at all
