Fist time going there and everyone was wonderful. Thai did my nails and he did a great job plus the massage was great.

I have been here lots of times. I went in for a wax today and was very disappointed. She attempted to wipe off my make-up with a piece of something. Double dipped the stick everytime than when I told her I wanted extra hair taken out she proceeded to tell me that's flat eyebrows and no one has them that way or likes. I would love to just once go in somewhere and have a service done right and sanitary. I never feel like I'm heard just told that I'm wrong n they go on with the service. Than the icing on the cake wax left on my face. Like I've said I've been here numerous times and just once it would be nice to get what I pay for with out back talk!!

Went in today for my first pedicure. It was ok, nothing to write home about. My wife had a mani/pedi and loved it. Prices were competitive compared to other nail places my wife said. Overall 4/5 stars.

Manicure turned out great. Got treated immediately as a walk-in. Friendly workers!

Pedicure was great...then he saw I had coupon for $32 for Hot Stone Pedi /Mani.  One I paid and gave him a great tip,  he did an awful job on my manicure.  Forget the hot rocks... That NEVER HAPPENED!!  Polish was so thick, it NEVER dried.  Manager/Owner was extremely rude!  If she smiled, her face would crack!  VERY DISAPPOINTED!
