I'm so thrilled to be working with Mike at T-Shirt Columbus!!! I've gone to Mike for all my logo t-shirt needs and recently he told me about embroidery. I was nervous at first to invest in embroidery, but now I am over the moon that I did! Mike embroidered both baseball caps and dress shirts for my non-profit and they absolutely exceeded my expectations! I honestly feel that the embroidered hats and dress shirts have taken the non-profit to the next level because the embroidery looks so clean and professional! I am pumped to order more things with the logo embroidery that Mike created for us! I would highly recommend working with Mike to anyone who wants to grow a business or promote an event :-)

Sunburst Logo was able to turnaround a 50-piece order for me in less than 24 hours for a memorial service weekend event honoring my grandparents, who had passed away 12 days apart at the ages of 95 and 98. The extended family was going to a St Louis Cardinals game the next night (my grandfather was a very loyal Cardinals fan!) and we thought it would be fun to all wear matching t-shirts. Mike was responsive, approached our request with a gracious, 'can-do' attitude, and moved heaven and earth to deliver a great product for us! I was so happy with his professionalism and friendliness and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for embroidered shirts. Here are some photos of us wearing our shirts at the Cards game (ignore the clown in the Washington Nationals jersey)!

Nutshell version: I *HIGHLY* recommend working with this company! Great communication, great prices, great product, great timeline from order to delivery! :-D ------------- The long story: Wow! A truly excellent experience working with the T-Shirt Columbus company! I first called this company on Memorial Day when I realized I was in hot water with a fast-approaching event and no event t-shirts. After calling several t-shirt companies with no answer (it was a holiday after all), I called the T-Shirt Columbus company and the owner Mike answered the phone. Mike listened patiently while I anxiously explained the mess I was in and my desperation for t-shirts to be rush delivered within 6 days. He then explained to me my options and provided me with reassurance that he could help me, despite the facts that none of the employees were in that day and that I needed a rush order. Mike walked me through what I files I needed to provide for him to get the order done in time, and even when I couldn’t get the files until later that evening, he still reassured me the order was possible. Mike was prompt to communicate the following days both by phone and email to keep me posted on the status of my order which I really appreciated. When I thought it couldn’t get any better, my batch of rush order shirts came a day early!!! Mike called that day to check in to make sure they arrived okay, and told me that he could tell I was anxious about this order being on time for my event and so he worked it out so I could have the shirts a day early! :-) The shirts turned out better than I could have imagined!! I wanted a very large graphic on the back (which other printing companies told me couldn’t be done as large as I wanted) and the T-Shirt Columbus company nailed it!!!! I’m so proud to wear these shirts, and I’m excited to say that I’ve placed my second order with this company and have received more of the same great communication, prices, and timeline :-) If you ever have a problem, question, or concern, Mike is readily available by phone and email which to me made a huge difference in my experience. I will definitely continue to order shirts from the T-Shirt Columbus company and I hope you order some from them too! :-)

Mike and his team was great, emailed for a quoit and mike called me back on labor day. Got my shirts in four days. Great JOB can't wait to do more business.

Would give them 6 stars if there was an option to. Just an all around GREAT company to do business with. Mike is very friendly and professional. GREAT quality and GREAT pricing. People if you do not go with this company you are selling yourself short.
