Got my racket restrung here a couple times. The turn around was really quick. They got it back to me in about a day and a half. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The merchandise is a bit pricy though.

I really appreciate having this store in columbus. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. The manager is usually nearby with a smile. A place that knows what it's doing. Hopefully this place can grow to where they can be profitable with lower prices on products and services, but to have this store nearby is a blessing. Take advantage of it!!!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly sales folks. Pricing isn't as good as you might get online or at a larger store but it's not bad and you have to weigh the minor price delta against doing business locally with more knowledgeable people. Highly recommend.

High-quality merchandise and a very knowledgeable owner. Typically a 2-3 day turnaround on getting my racquet re-strung, though it is a little more expensive than I typically paid before moving to Columbus.
