The staff are courteous, the place is clean, (and very nice since the remodel.)  As far as Taco Bell food goes, the quality seems decent. That said, it is Taco Bell, so it likely to be a digestive challenge...

My weekly Taco Bell visits means I've tried them all over CNY, and the Route 11 TB by the airport consistently gets top marks, easily beating out Auburn (dry burrito shells), Fairmount (everything seems smaller) and Erie Blvd (crowded, filthy).  Only the TB further up Route 11, by Circle Drive, comes close.  If you're going to try TB for the first time, this is your best initial experience locally.

Decent food at a great price. Service here is always good and food is fresh. Nothing like that trash bin of a taco bell in Destiny where they screw up your order after making you wait 10 minutes for your drinks.

Other than an irregularly shaped drive-thru, this location is great. I've never had an issue with my order here and the drive-thru employees always seem to have a good attitude.
