Sonic Boom when they first hit Syracuse , a much needed addition to our lame fast food selection. Havnt been there since it opened but they do have great food, different things than you could normally get here in town. I like the atmosphere, seems trendy and cool, while being clean, prompt, courteous and affordable. And I love the commercials. Hoping for the best with all the competition !

Sonic has always been a favorite place to stop for a quick bite when I am travelling, and I am glad to see them arrive in Syracuse... but, this comes with a mixed bag. On the one hand, it is fast food. So, delicious, though not at all good for you. On the other hand, the service at this particular Sonic is sub-par. The wait time for food (especially int he drive thru) is a bit higher than I have come to expect from Sonic. I have had more orders delivered to me wrong then right. The carhops are always very nice, though I've usually driven away before I realize my order is missing something, or just incorrect. If you're going for a beverage, slushee, or ice cream, you'll be in good shape. If you order food, you may not necessarily get what you expect, and may be sitting int he drive through for 15+ minutes waiting.

Service was a little slow. For a place that's supposed to specialize in burgers, I was pretty disappointed since the burger was a failure. The ingredients tasted crisp and fresh however the heart and soul of the hamburger is the patty which tasted like it had been under a hot lamp for hours.

Terrible service and unprofessional look of employees. The uniform standards of the girls working outside left them looking like hoodlums while they congregated around the cars of their friends instead of doing their job. I gave up waiting for my food after 15 minutes and left.

Good was delicious but there was a long wait. They were jammed in the drive thru, my order took about 15 minutes to fill...i had chosen to go inside, thinking it would be faster...it wasn't.
