went to taco bell every night for the past week and my order has been messed up i don't want a refund or a replace (because they'll mess that up to) i just want them to learn how to do their job!!! it's not hard to know what toppings the customer wants or doesn't want. train employees properly and double check orders twice. it sucks coming home to what you think is a good meal to be disappointed with something completely different than what you order not just once or twice but 6 times??? it's ridiculous

I asked for no cheese on my tacos and to put tomatoes instead. They told me it would be .50 cents extra for each taco. I asked would it be .50 cents cheaper without the cheese? They said no so i left
