We've been to this site 3 different times. All 3 times the tables were dirty. And last night the food was disgusting. We won't be back. However, if you want good food visit the Taco Bell in Nixa...it's been awesome EVERY TIME we've visited.

the so called "manager Ryan was very rude. He ROLLED HIS EYES at me( are you freaking kidding me) when I asked him if my order was correct because, I wasn't quite sure what was on my double tostada. He then gave Thomas who was running the cash register a hard time about it with very much attitude. Then when my fiance approached him to ask his name so that we could leave a review he said it's none of your business. I then asked if he had a problem because I didn't know exactly what all a double tostada consisted of he then rolled his eyes twice more.  Then another manager came up and tried to handle the situation she however I feel didn't handle it in a professional manner. I felt like she was just trying to tell me what I wanted to hear so that I would get away from the counter and not create a scene.  On the other hand though the cashier Thomas was awesome I so think that he deserves a raise!!! or at least take Ryan's position as "manager!!!". I will not recommend this place to people as long as Ryan the so-called "manager" here. On a good note though the food was good and very pleasant. Taco Bell is our go-to  place. However we will travel to another location so long as Ryan is "manager". You're totally not supposed to treat your customers in the manner that Ryan did. oh and to mention that when Thomas asked Ryan if the tostada was correct Ryan gave him all attitude as well and this so-called "manager" Ryan is supposed to be a manager treating his employees how he did when all it was was a simple question that the both of us had. I think he's not quite manager material if you ask me. Oh and last thing when my fiance did ask Ryan for his name and said that it was none of her business??? I then walked up to the counter and asked if there was a problem and then he gave us the wrong name imagine that!!!! shoot as a matter of fact I'm looking for a part time job!!!

This is a clean and quick Taco Bell. It’s nice to have a cheap filling option if you are on the go to someplace and are hungry.
