Ordered a bean burrito and finally got to the window after 20 minutes only to be informed they are out of beans. Offered a substitute. Waited another 10 minutes and what's crazy is there was only 2 cars in front of me and 2 cars in the parking lot. The guy was super nice though.

No one was responding to the intercom for about 5 minutes and then waited 20 minutes to be greeted with: Have a nice day, did you pay? What do you want? Ordered a snacker box. They needed 2 people to figure out how to run the till. Then proceeded to forget my drink. It's been like this for years. Horribly trained staff, wait times can get up to 30 minutes quiet often, and not once have they apologized or had a pleasant attitude. I thought it'd turn around eventually but there hasn't been the slightest effort for improvement. I won't even start on the sobriety of the occassional staff member which is obvious.

Crunch wrap supremes lit family. keep up the good work, my boys in black. Make sure to get that extra south cream otherwise that sauce overpowers your taste buds. Like let's be real, too much sauce? That's a dead give away...

The service is so slow. I will never eat here again

Update: 30 mins later... only 1 car has moved in line...still have 2 cars to go. This is unbelievable

This is the best taco Bell I have ever been to, and I've been here more than a few times. The staff here is incredibly friendly and food is solid. I think the staff goes well above your average fast food service member.
