As far as Taco Bells go, this is a pretty good one. Although the service may be a bit slow at times, the employees are almost always very cheerful and friendly, and the food is almost always as good as good can be. They are very good at portioning; I can't remember the last time something wasn't made well or was light. Usually they are more on the generous side. And, even though you may not think about this much, their soda fountains always seem to be very well calibrated.

I love Taco Bell, I live right down the street. All the food is always so hot and fresh! They staff are always so kind.

What's going on here? This used to be the best one. I went this morning for breakfast.  There were literally 5 strips of burnt steak and one very uncooked hashbrown in my crunchwrap. The extra one I ordered was also uncooked and cold on the middle. The employees are always nice and the order is always correct.

I ordered two beef burrito Supremes. Unfortunately, there was neither but a teaspoon at best of beef, no guacamole, no sour cream, no cheese, just a big glob of refried beans wrapped in a pasty burrito...most unsatisfying. Additionally, I ordered four corn hard tacos, which the worker didn't know was made of corn, and once again mushy beef in miniscule amount, with almost no cheese, a small amount of lettuce, and nothing else. This South County, I expected my monies worth. After.all. well trained and generous staff garners so much more return business. I had to wait FOREVER in my car for my order from the drive up. Suffice it to say, I have opted to spend my money at the Subway in the strip mall across the street, where I can pay my good hard earned money for the proper amount of food for the price. Hint: Your black workers know nothing about customer service or producing a quality product for my money. The time was 1800-1830 hrs if that will help you. Your product just is no LONGER appealing, and the people that you hire just don't give a damn!!!!

I waited 25 minutes in drive thru. No apology from staff member. Also I went to the drive thru during lunch and had several kids undecided with their order, when I got to the intercom i said give me a minute, the worker asked if I was ready and I said I'm looking over the menu and will order as soon as I'm ready, she told me she was on a timer and told me to come it to order, really great customer service!
