This is one slowest fast food places in KC. Seriously they take forever. I'm not exaggerating because I'm mad about an order. Everytime i go here it takes almost 20 minutes to get through the line and get my food. The only time it's quick is when I'm they only car. They at least get the order correct.

The people are nice enough, but the lobby is NEVER clean, and you should expect to wait 30 plus minutes in the drive thru just for them to tell you they don't have what you ordered at the window. There's a good chunk of time I'll never get back, but here's to hoping I can at least save someone their's.

You suck. Slow, just plain slow. Could be two, could be 8 cars in line, prepare to wait at least 15 mins for dine in or drive thru. Your order is placed within the queue; blunt, taco, blunt, burrito, blunt, blunt, crunch wrap...if you can catch "the crew" while everyone is clocked in, consider yourself lucky

Offered a free cup at the window for waiting so long by a woman who kept calking me sweety through the intercom... when i came to the window it was like my 20min wait and free cup never existed. Thanks Mya
