The cleanliness of the restaurant was exceptional and the overall atmosphere was good. However, the girl who took my order seemed to not to care about being there and proceeded to take my order wrong. When confronted about the mistake she refused to acknowledge her mistake and debated with me on who was right. Eventually she had the cooks remake it and they were very pleasant about it. The cashier however needs to understand that we all make mistakes and just move on. Having an attitude does not help anyone.

Love the music. Lady behind the register was abrasive but informative. Burgers are not bad but the tables are kinda sticky and the pop machines need to be cleaned.

Ordered a regular burger with cheese, specifically told them I wanted everything but mushrooms (because they make me very sick), they tell me "the burger isn't even near mushrooms", get my food, bite into the burger, found a ton of mushrooms in my sandwich.
Funny how stupid people can't get things through their head. Get it right.

Came here to have dinner at 8:00 on a Wednesday. The internet says they are open until 10:00. So does the very large writing on the door. All of the doors were locked. There were other customers inside eating. When I tried to open the door the staff looked at me briefly then went back to work. I tried again at a different door and the employees looked, then put their heads back down. I will not eat here ever again. I would rather go to Smittys Garage-where the food is much worse but at least they are open when they advertise. Bad job, Five Guys. Unacceptable to close 2 hours prior to what is advertised and give no explanation.
