Visited this location to have dinner with my family.  Big mistake! The manager Xiomara has very bad manager skills. I have made my complaint with taco bell. The food tasted  disgusting.  I told the cashier (Alexis) that my bowl had a strange taste to it.  The cashier was super nice and took my bowl to the kitchen.  Alexis explained to the manager that I didn't like the taste of my food  and she responded " that's the way we make the food here".  The manager told Alexis to bring me back the bowl and to tell me that there is nothing wrong with the bowl. At this point I just requested my money back. How unprofessional from the manager. 

Alexis is very helpful and has very good manners.  Taco bell needs to hire more people like him.

The service is horrible three times in the last year I got my order served to me way after many people already gotten their orders. They dont follow the number system on your receipt. I complained about it but it is the same thing again. They did not refund me my money on my card. I called their company and told them about it. They need to hire competent people to work there. I am going to another one that does things right. Watch out they might stiff you.

Horrible customer service. 20 mins waiting for food then was greeted with a mess after I asked for the extra sour cream I asked for. Inconsiderate cashier
