Management and staff have different view of what the rest of Us call "extra". Whenever We request extra sour cream & extra guacamole, Taco Bell puts a small dollop only and calls it extra. Extra actually means to go above and beyond the required amount. When I spoke with management at Taco Bell they do not care that they are cheap and do not consider "extra" part of the vocabulary, but semantics. Instead of putting extra on the XXL Burrito, they make the food as usual. While the staff thinks its a joke to complain about items that We customers are paying "extra" charge for after requesting extra. Taco Bell has nooo problem charging Us for "extra, guacamole and sour cream" but fail miserably when it comes time to actually put extra sour cream and guacamole on the actual food Paying for. Taco Bell Corporate needs to rethink and get management at every Taco Bell, including Clarksburg only Taco Bell, to understand when customers request to pay for extra whether on the food or side, that the originial usual amount still be applied to the food. 
The ONLY thing saving Clarksburg Taco Bell is that the food is still great, but management and staff fail miserably at taking customers request.
