Love love love TR! Their prime rib is the best! Pricing is good. Food is amazing!! Great and friendly staff and service is top notch. They always have a manager on duty who comes around after your food is served to double insure your meal is perfect!

Our 20 minute wait turned into 40, but understandable due to the crowd.   Tons of staff,  so many you can barely get in the door.   They've got hostesses,  runners,  bus boys, and waitresses all over the place,  but we still couldn't get decent service.   Our waitress was preoccupied at best. The runner literally dropped the food on our table and ran without a word. The food was undercooked and the waitress was too busy to catch.  We ran for our own bread and napkins.  A manager finally offered to throw the steak back on... 20 minutes later it was redeliver cold and chewy.  Just not what I'd call good service.  Definitely not where I want to spend my next $60 on a meal.

Well run chain restaurant. Servers are cheerful and helpful, food is consistent and you can rely on your steak actually being cooked the way you asked. They actually have real horseradish. So few American restaurants have it.
Easy to find from the interstate and plenty of parking. Seems to be quite popular around lunchtime, have had to wait 5 or 10 minutes to be seated before now.

Food was delicious. Everything was well prepared and staff was amazing.

Edit: Stopped again today with family. Food was perfect. Couldn't have expected a betyer visit.

Food was great as expected and the steak had even better flavor than before. Both meals were excellent. Drinks were made just right. Hands down the best franchise restaurant in the area!!!
