The drive through gave me 12 soft tacos when I ordered 12 crunchy tacos as stated on my receipt. I had to drive back, wait 30 more minutes at the drive through to get the order corrected. The drive through cashier asked for my receipt. She was very apologetic and said it would never happen again. Most likely we will drive out of our way and go to the location on five forks.

This location does not know what customer service is. Wait times are tremendosly long in their drivethru. You cant get out of the drive thru once you place your order if you wish to leave because of the ridiculous wait times. 3 out of 5 times they mess up on your order. No apologies, no sympathy, just horrible service. Take your time and money to one of the other resturants around

This location is like the Taco Bell time forgot. It hasn't been updated since the nineties. The service is incredibly slow inside. I've had much better luck through the drive through.

I worked a 16 hour day yesterday and got off at 11:30pm. I was STARVING! Stopped at Taco Bell on my way home. It was11:55 when I pulled in the parking lot in my work truck which is over 9 feet tall and unable to fit through the drive through. No customers were in the restaurant and nobody was in the drive through. I tried to go inside and the door was locked. Frustrated, I walked around to the drive through window and knocked. There was a young male and a young female and an older woman who appeared to be the manager. I explained that my truck was too big to go through the drive through and asked if they could please just take my order at the window. The young woman didn't even say anything she just walked up and pointed to the small sticker on the window that said "no walk up at drive through window". I guess customer service is a thing of the past. This generation of workers simply wants to clock in, do as little as possible, watch the cock, and clock out. I could understand if the drive through was packed and they were really busy, but it was a literal ghost town! I WILL NEVER GIVE ANOTHER DIME to Taco Bell again as long as I live and I will make sure that nobody in my household does either! These are probably the same fast food workers that want $15/hour. Truly laughable! Never again!
