Countless times they've gotten my order wrong. I always get tacos with no lettuce (minimal amount of meat), bean burritos with no onions (almost always has onions). How hard is it to leave 1 of the 3 ingredients out of it? Sometimes I'll get the tacos just fine but the bean burritos will have onions. It's clear to me they see the screen and the order they just don't take pride in their work. I get this is an entry level job but without proper training these employees will not make it far in the business world. Terrible customer service and when I called to try and get my last order fixed the phone was hanging off the hook. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever received and I will not be returning to this location. They clearly don't care about their customers. Might as well shut the place down.

This place has completely fallen off. The service is horrible and employees are rude. Fooling around while making peoples food. Took over 15 mins to get my food and it wasn't even busy in there.

Constantly get my order wrong. Ordered online tonight...they didn't receive it so it wasn't ready when I came to pick it up. Had to show them my email receipt, they made the wrong order. Then they thought they made the right order...my fault for not checking again...i've worked food service...not rocket science. Is this the result of "no child left behind"?

Well after Pre ordering on the internet i waited about 20 min to get up to the speaker to tell them i was here to pick up my order then 5 to 10 minutes to get up to the window and then i had to wait for my order was made and then had to ask for hot sauce they weren't offering.
