These folks took the online gift card on walk in just fine the first time. The second time they refused saying they weren't capable, which is a bald face LIE. Beware. If you get online gift cards, these folks don't know how to do their job and lie saying they can't cause of it!!!
There is an ad on TV for a Taco Bell Chipotle Ranch Chicken Burrito for $2. I walked in and it was listed on the menu for $2.79. Employee said they were franchised and would not honor the ad at $2. I’ve never been to a restaurant that was more expensive in Greenwood than Santa Cruz and San Francisco, California! Same for Raleigh, North Carolina. Overpriced. Shame on them... l will never go back unless they lower their pricing comparable to the rest of the country.
Doritos locos tacos were the best especially eating then fresh in store. Very nice cashier girl working too she made our dining experience so great she should get promotedFood: 5/5
On our last visit I did an online app order. On one of the meals I ordered a mango Fiesta drink. I was handed a Pepsi. I explained that this wasn't our drink & the lady at the window basically said too bad that's what you got & slammed the window in my face. I have never had that type of service before & I love taco bell. A few minutes later another lady comes to the window, she apologized & said they were out of the mango drink would Pepsi be ok? Of course that's all you had to say. There was no issue with that if I had known it was out. As far as food the wings were burnt. The crunchy tacos were completely soggy.
Drive thru only available because the dining room is getting a makeover. The price for the food doesn't match the quality. I ordered a box of 12 tacos and two cinnamon twists and I paid over $26. The tacos have very little filling and they are nearly $2 each. It's a shame that we can't have quality equal to the value. We'll, maybe I did get the quality to match what I paid. I was disappointed and I hadn't been to Taco Bell in such a long time, I was nostalgic for late night Friday night taco runs of my youth. Learned my lesson.
I'm thankful for the people who showed up at work today, however, it would have been nice if they placed a sign on the door letting people know the lobby was closed. The pluses were fast service in the drive through and fresh food.
I don't normally do fast food but they have a steak burrito with fried cheese on the outside, it was fantastic! I definitely recommend the steak...
Tonight on a DoorDash pickup before 9pm went to the door and it was locked called informing them that I was here just to pick up a DoorDash order and that the drive thru line is to the road was it possible to have someone bring it to the door if possible and was informed that no I can sit in the drive thru line. It is all good just another reason why I personally don’t go to this restaurant unless it is the last option in town but yet again it is not. Hopefully they can actually get staffed properly or just shut their doors.
Awful food, awful service. They were literally talking about my mother right in front of her face when she was asking for napkins. Very rude staff. Like they all just have disgusting attitudes. They closed the dining room way to early. Definitely don’t recommend.
Good food very slow, no sitdown.
