The food was good, the wait for dine in was just a few minutes at 5:30pm. The tables inside were dirty and trash and sauce on the floors. One of my 3 crunchy tacos was broken and Kline had almost no filling. The dining room was so cold too.
I've only been to this location a few times and each has been the slowest experience at any drive-thru in my life. I wish I could say I'm exaggerating, but I just spent over 40 minutes stuck in the drive-thru. My 2 spicy potato soft tacos had some kind of green ranch sauce on them instead of the spicy whatever. Not sure if they're always under-staffed or what, but they're having a hard time. Without the 'fast', it's just shįtty food. I'll likely not be returning to this location.
My so called burrito Supreme about the size of a taco. Ordered as a steak no meat at all.. and took 15 min to get. I am done with taco bell. Lighter is a regular Bic put in to show scale of my so called Supreme burrito
I can’t even begin to explain my shock for writing a review about Taco Bell but here we are. It’s Thursday at 9 Pm and I just got my Taco Bell delivered. WHOEVER was making the food tonight. Bless you, my dear! I swear I have never had Taco Bell like this. You’re an A+ in my book. I got super high and totally forgot what I ever ordered at Taco Bell and got the most random collection of things that I have never had and I thank you for making my random assortment delightful. Big stars!
Complete and total clown show. Half of the drive through menu was discontinued months ago but hasn’t been updated. They don’t have materials to make the food that is on the menu. No Mexican pizzas, no chicken etc. The people at the window are incompetent and rude. I sat in line for 30 minutes last night only to be told they were closing 2 hours early once we got to the window. How is this place still open? Taco Bell isn’t considered high class dining, but this place makes normal Taco Bell seem like a high end steak house.
In the last year I have come here plenty of times. This is the best soft chalupas I ever had just the tortilla and just this time usually they feel hard. Over 10 dollars for this that looks nothing like what they are promoting. You can see how much chicken they add and one with out any or I just didn't find it. 90% ice thats my fault for not saying easy on the ice. If is not one thing is the other with this place. I honestly feel like they are trying to nickle & dime everything.
I always avoid giving people bad reviews because sometime they all make mistakes but this is second time this location has given me beef burrito when I ask for veggie fiesta. I don’t eat beef and have never had it but because of this location I had beef twice which I obviously threw up. So so disappointed. Waited in parking lot for them to finish up my order and still messed up everything. I went back today despite of the mistake last time but they did the exact same thing. P.S I’m not a kind of a person who likes confrontation so whenever I get wrong stuff I either ignore it or just eat it if it’s something I can eat. I would be avoiding this location in future Also on good note they have crispy chicken wings which tastes really good.
It's embarrassing for Taco Bell to keep this location open. Not even an episode of under cover boss could bring this establishment back from the depths of fast food hell. I've already accepted I hate myself and to prove it I'm purchasing tacobell. But to add injury to insult it's disgusting, incomplete and unavailable. Nothing on the menu is ever available. My orders are always incomplete as if the location is a charity and I donate by buying ghost tacos that don't exist. And the audacity to give me mind when I asked for fire. SMH I'll be back two or three times until I lie to myself for a month. But I'll be back and keep wasting my money.
Ordered online for when they opened at 9.30am. Didn't recieve a ready message until 35min later 10.05am. Went to collect, the door was locked, then took someone 5min to respond to the drive thru, to which we was told it wasn't actually ready. This was ridiculous when noone else was there ordering and 6 members of staff working. Whole point of pickup is so you don't waste time waiting around. Eventually after 15min of waiting inside we got our food. 50min after opening in!!! When we got our food, they didn't even give sauces, napkins, No apology, no offer of compensation and staff were miserable. Terrible!! When then checking our food they got the ingredients wrong, we ordered sausage got bacon!!
If this were my franchise, I would pay attention to the reviews. For a fairly new location in a prime spot, it has not improved in wait time or quality since opening. There were nine employees inside, half were doing nothing, none are cross trained, three messing around throwing F bombs to the frustrated customers in the drive-thru. Telling them to go to McDonalds. One man came in to talk to a manager and these kid workers wanted to fight. One woman rushed her child out. Never going here again. Kid-friendliness: NOT kid friendly because of the bad language, negative atmosphere and juvenile workers wanting to fight Parking: Lots of parking because no one goes here. Enjoy a 45 minute drive thru wait with just 5 cars in it. Is no one oay9ng attention to the financial aspect? How many years operating at a loss before someone steps in to fix it? This place needs #undercoverboss Dietary restrictions: Workers don't know how to make the food and simply just don't care. There is no meat in the tacos so if you are a vegetarian just order a taco.
