Don’t go here after dark or if the staff just isn’t feeling it that day. For the second time now the person taking my order has pretended to not understand my order and just punched random buttons until I got fed up and just left. Sometimes the staff at this location will pretend to be closed, other times they’ll mess with you in hopes you’ll just give up. The laziest fast food staff I’ve ever encountered in the US
Ordered 5 items…4 were done wrong. No apology nothing. Manager looked like it was normal. 80% error rate in fast food is not the best.
Iuis is the best manager and super friendly and sweet.. love coming Here with the kids when he's there as he's super kind and our food is always fresh and right.

Well, y'know - it's Taco Bell. It's great for a late night meal though to be honest, their prices have gotten pretty ridiculous. But hey, if you want 2 AM tacos, where else are you gonna go?
What a dumpster fire! This place is notorious for drive thru lines that wrap the building and take 20+ minutes to get through. Then they have the nerve to smile and say gracias as you leave with your lunch that you ordered at 12:00 and got at 12:30. Today I literally sat third in-line from the window for 20 minutes!

I had a taste for Taco Bell tonight, and it didn't disappoint! I stopped by Taco Bell in Mundelein, IL. We went to the drive thru and were greeted by Luis, he took our order correctly. He was super charismatic, friendly and personable, something I haven't seen in a long while at fast food places. The other employees we've seen working the drive thru weren't that positive and people friendly like him. We got to the window and our order was ready! Quickest service I've ever had at a drive thru no less! I was blown away by Luis's top notch positive attitude and the service he provided, with all that's going on in the world right now, he sure brightened up my day! It seemed like he was enjoying his work at Taco Bell, and this was such a positive experience for me at this Taco Bell over the last few years I've been going to! Luis deserves a raise, or even better, an upper position in the company in the future, and I mean it, we need more Luis's in this world!
The service was great but when you order two Chalupa’s and you pay $8.62 and there’s no meat except for a teaspoon and a bunch of lettuce to me that’s not right, and what makes it wrong is that they put the meat at the ends and nothing in the middle .
