DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP. Every single time I attempt to order ahead and pick up at a specific time, my order is not started until after I arrive. Tonightorder was supposed to be ready at 5:30. Twenty minutes later when I asked about my order, it hadn't even been started yet. They did say that it was a glitch in the system, which I understand, but something happens every time I come here. Finally got my food after waiting a total of 40 minutes and having to go back in because something was missing. I WILL say that the employees apologized and got my order done relatively quickly once they actually got my order to the back.
This is what food looks like everytime I order here regardless of dining in or drive thru. Getting sick of it.
Though not usually a fan of fast food, late night in rural Mississippi didn't provide many options. The food was what you'd expect. The service was outstanding. Service done the way it should be. Kudos to the workers at the Taco Bell in Laural MS.Food: 5/5
Excellent crunchy tacos the supreme are the best. The sour cream and tomato and lettuce set the taco off just perfectly. The frozen fruit drinks are the best. I also love the mountain dew blast. The nachos are a favorite also. The crunch wrap when they have it.Food: 5/5
Ordered online and when I pulled up to the window they had me pull around and said they would bring it outside. 10 minutes later I walk in and found out they gave my food to someone else so they had to remake it and when I got home they didn’t even have all of my food in the bag. Also my wife’s crunchwrap was very burnt.
Well I think home office needs to look into this place. I love Taco Bell but this one is horrible I always go to drive-through but this day I had a little time so went inside first thing when I walked in the place smelled like a Cheech and Chong movie. Yes weed it was strong too like someone was smoking it inside but I said well I have to get to work so don’t have time to run up 16th to go anywhere else. Got to the register and a man DRESSED LIKE A WOMAN! took my order. Fake hair, makeup, fingernails and all I won’t ever go back to this place again!!! Not tell they are under new management or something changes
They forgot half my ingredients on my power bowl, asked for no sauce on my chicken quesadilla - it had sauce. They always have a list of stuff they’re out of. Waste of $15 for something I can’t even eat. This place sucks.
This Taco Bell should be closed if they can’t hire people that can do their jobs… The last 5 times we have ordered food they have either not had any change, not had the food we wanted or made the order wrong or didn’t put what we ordered in the bag… it’s 8:23pm and having to go back which is a 25 minute drive because this is the 2nd time they didn’t put the right food in the bag.. All we wanted was good food that we didn’t have to cook.. Very disappointed in Laurel’s Taco Bell…. And they have the phone disconnected so you can call and complain… SMH.. Worst Taco Bell Ever…
Food and services all good normally doesn't take very long to get your order prices have went up a little bit the past year other than that a good place to eat.Food: 4/5
Worse Taco Bell around!! Never get my mobile order right , don’t get a receipt or fix the problem! Waste of money!! Save your money go somewhere else Dietary restrictions: Allergy to beef
