We were traveling to Redding and wanted something quick as we were traveling through The Dalles. Quick is the keyword there. We dined in just because we had a long way to go and needed to stretch our legs. There were workers there, but no one seemed to think it was their job to be at the counter. One was finally elected and we thought we were on our way. They guy behind us got his order in a few minutes. We ordered 2 crunch wraps, a simple order. We waited about 9 minutes and had to ask, and they finally handed it to us. We don't mind waiting if we get hot and meaty crunch wraps we expect from Taco Bell. It was received cold, and we most certainly did not get our money's worth. It was very thin. There was a generous amount of sour cream, nacho cheese, lettuce with one or two diced tomatoes inside, and just a skid mark of the meat. That's just stupid. We had to hit the road or we would have had them do it over: That is just unacceptable.
You know, I used to genuinely love this Taco Bell location out of the three in GP, but now this is the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve EVER had check out my Instagram for more Taco Bell reviews: @tacobellratings. My burritos were lazily wrapped, the staff was horrible, my quesadilla wasn’t even cut. Not to mention they made everything sloppily and never gave napkins. So never the hell again.
Do not eat at this place!!! When I came in to pick up my online order one staff member was sitting on the counter while 4 others, clearly inebriated were lounging at a table.Pictured is the contents of my grilled steak burrito with everything I had asked to not be added, added extra, yet no steak. This is multiple times this inept crew has gotten everything wrong. My next complaint will be to corporate. As a previous reviewer has complained, I’d never thought I’d leave a Taco Bell review. But the franchise owners need to be stripped of that title and no longer be a face of the brand.
This is a Taco Bell, which means if you're already familiar with Taco Bell you know exactly what the food tastes like and what is offered. If you don't know, then just think of a McDonald's version of Mexican food. It's comfort food, and if you like it by all means partake. My only criticism is the couple times have gone to this location the service has been a little bit slow. I get this feeling there a little bit understaffed because I've never seen such an uncrowded kitchen at a taco bell. Nice enough people, but slow service.
We're done with Taco Bell altogether. We used to use this location about once a month, but $25 for a twelve taco party pack is horrible. Not to mention that the tacos were very sloppily put together, and the hard shell taco party pack weighed less than the soft shell party pack. Upon further examination, most tacos were loaded up with lettuce and had next to no ground beef, cheese, or sour cream. Never thought I'd see the day when I'd spend $50 for 24 tacos at taco bell of all places. No way a taco is worth more than $2.00. You'll be much better off spending $25 at the grocery store to make tacos at home. They're so much better tasting and substantial.
Worst location in Grants Pass. No one wants to wait on you. They want you to use the machine. Food is made poorly. Burritos half size. Mexican Pizza much of it had nothing in it. Tried this location a few times. Always disappointing. No customers ever inside for a good reason.Food: 1/5
10:32 Friday night...pull up to drive thru and try and order. They told me they are closing early because they were out of food. Well I Don't Beleive it because this has happened to me approx 3 times in the last 2 months or so. And I don't go there often so how many nights does this happen. Wonder if they well have food in morning?? I watched atleast 10 cars get turned away in the 3 mins it took to type this.
This location has gone downhill. They used to be decent but the last two times I went well be it. Gave them a chance because who doesn't love a Mexican pizza, 1st time they were out and 2nd time they were out of beans?Food: 1/5
I went into Taco Bell with my daughter and mother in law hoping to eat. They had 6 people working but no one to take orders at the front counter. Then they said they couldn't take our order after someone said they would take our order. Their loss
Advertises nacho fries on menu but they said they're "not allowed to sell them". When we went, they were missing all chicken and potatoes, but digital ordering was not updated to reflect this so they had to ask every person who ordered anything with either of these if they wanted to swap out. Employees appear to be working hard and struggling, so I'm assuming there is poor management at this location
