Looking for a quick bite to eat. Stopped here. We wanted to wash hands and use restroom before ordering but was locked with the numeric code. We placed our order and inquired about code. NOTE although the RR is "locked" anyone can walk in on you while "on the throne" using the code...there is not a secondary interior lock for privacy!! How embarrassing !! No ketchup, no napkins, no utensils available...must ask for everything behind counter

Worst Wendy's you'll see in the world. The Drive Thru is just hell. You may wait 45 minutes on the line with just 3 cars in front of you, and it's all because of the employees they have in this place which are full of complaints in the comments, but the owners do not care at all, they keep doing moneyFood: 3/5

This Wendy’s location has improved a lot over the past few years as they have remodeled inside and outside also behind new, faster, and motivated employees.  You’ll still have some homeless stragglers coming around begging however they are more attentive and removing them from the restaurant so you can enjoy your experience.  I’ll see them at the words and see them getting better so I’m very proud to hear this review on their progress. Also the new pretzel bun burger is the bomb!

Horrible service I asked for fresh food they gave it to me half way cooker tried calling can't even get through service -100

I've never had such a terrible experience at any food establishment as I did here today. I came in at 10:22 AM on May 5th, 2019 but we thought the place was closed since there was no one inside but it was already past 9, which is when they opened. But when we walked inside, there was no one there. We walked up to the register and waited for 5 minutes, yelling if there was anyone there. No one responded even though we heard people in the back. They were just blatantly ignoring us even though the alarm was going off that someone came inside and we were yelling if there was anyone there. There were also no cars in the drive through so they had no customers or excuses. Terrible service and I would never return to this place or eat at another Wendy's again. Hopefully those employees will be reprimanded for their actions and I want all of their names so that I can report them to corporate.

Tonight was NOT there night. They were training a bunch of people that really didn't want to work by their body language and demeanor. It was truly unfortunate for the manager and customers because she spent her entire time screaming and yelling for the correct items, or more items or condiments.....it was a lot.  Why 3 stars - the food was hot.

The 4 by 4 deal is amazing because you get a hamburger, fries, chicken nuggets and a soft drink for $4. Amazing!

Diana the manager works very hard. Not easy dealing with the Public. People should be more polite.

Never includes drinks with the kids meal or toy even though it is accounted for in the total price paid. Always have to remind the employees or disappoint my kid when he opens his food. Poor quality here.
