I recently visited Taco Bell and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The food was stale and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Not only that, but I asked for a cup of water and was shocked when I was told it would cost me $1.49. Are you serious? I understand charging for soda, but water? That's just ridiculous. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, yet I felt like I was being nickel and dimed. The customer service was also lacking, as the employees were rude and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone else. Save your money and go elsewhere for decent food and service.
The vibe is so off in here. The manager is always mad and cranky mumbles while asking what sauce you want. You can just tell the workers aren't happy. The food sucks. Stingy with the topping the fries are almost bare on a fries supreme. Same with taco toppings. The fries are super salty. Not the best taco bell
Somewhat rough area and orders go wrong 20% of the time. App and Uber both say it has regular Mountain Dew which is incorrect. Otherwise, they do make an effort, I just feel management doesn't care highly and that reflects.Food: 5/5
They don't pay attention to your order. I ordered two tender combos with two sides of gravy and I got two 3 piece tender combos with gravy and no fries. ..does anyone else see the issue with this....what a joke. It's 830pm and you can't get a simple order right
Staff are extremely dishonest, be careful. Bought tacos on "Taco Tuesday", but they charged me regular price even when I inquired about the sale. They didn't include the receipt either. After checking online, I returned to them and asked another cashier initial cashier called her, she acted like she hadn't heard of "Taco Tuesday" either even though it was advertised on their web site; I showed her my phone and then she miraculously remembered, "Ohhh". She then proceeds to give me incorrect refund short-changed me... wasn't worth dealing with them any further. Very disappointed with this location after frequenting for years.
CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT!!!! Unfortunately I didn't, I ate half of this, pray for me. The cheesy gordita is moldy, whoever made it needs to be fired ASAP! The manager/owner offered to replace the meal. From the same bread bag?! Prepared by the same persons who fudged the first one?! I will NEVER eat here again. Waiting to see if I get sick now. This location is so frustrating for me. Every time I've gotten food from here, my order always seems to be wrong. Whether an item is missing or the quality of the food is just not great, it's always a miss. The first time I came, I had ordered a few bean burritos through the drive thru. By the time I got home, and tried them, they were not what I was used to. The beans were dry, there was no cheese and hardly any sauce or onions. I had gotten 5 burritos and all of them were like this. When I called to complain the manager just replied "This is the way we make them, we only put one scoop of onions in" They did not apologize or even offer to replace them. I had to really beg for them to even give me some replacement burritos. When I went back less than a week later to redeem my replacement burritos, they told me that I wasn't allowed to do it through the drive thru, and I could only do it by going inside the store. I reluctantly went inside and placed my order in addition to some other items. I got the Double Quesarito Box Deal, 3 orders of cheese fries and a 6pc Chicken Tenders Box from the KFC side. When I got home, I realized that they forgot to add cheese to one of the fries and that the KFC tenders were definitely smaller than last time. They were actually the size of my finger, and on top of that they were stale and hard. They tasted terrible. So I'm really disappointed by the two experiences I had at this location and will definitely never come back here again.
they are too busy doing skip orders to take orders from customers that actually took the time to come in. i left after 10 minutes of waiting. oh and there was no other walk ins other than me at 7:45 on a friday night. i would give them a zero but i can't. Parking: lots of parking should have been my tip not to go in .
The new brown drive thru guy is great. Listens and gives hot sauce as requested the other females act like the hot sauce is taking their first born. Can't eat tacos without fire sauce people. Order online for perfect picks. And great deals. I go here every week. Chicken soft tacos, doritos locos perfection. Bonus KFC twin order available in drive thru can't go wrong. Its all about the workers. And following requests. This store is better than most.
Whenever I go to Taco Bell, I never expect too much so that I won't be disappointed but this Morningside location can't even deliver the basics good food and customer service. I placed an order online to try and save time but it ended up taking more time thanks to the cashier, Liam. When I arrived, there was a long line of customers but then I saw a sign for online pickup. There was 1 guy in front of me and he got his order without any problems. But when it was my turn, Liam, completely ignored me and kept on taking orders from the long line of customers. If I didn't interrupt him, I would have still easily been waiting for another 10 minutes. Terrible customer service!! My food was already cold when he handed me my order. The soft shelled tacos were already sticking to the wrappers and my fries were spilled all over the inside of the bag. And my fries supreme had almost no meat. I paid an extra $1.35 for just sour cream and tomatoes and just 1 teaspoon of each. I asked for my order for 6:40p but got a text message at 6:54p saying that my order was ready. What's the point of the text message if it's gonna be 14 minutes late!? Horrible experience! Never again!
