On a day when the operating partner was off work, the store still shined bright. Smiles from the staff all around, clean , outstanding service, pride in work and good job in the kitchen. The atmosphere was positive and apparent that management is doing a great job.Food: 5/5
This Whataburger makes me really happy! The shape of the building is just like the Whataburgers I knew growing up, and the burgers, fries, shakes, and fried pies taste exactly as wonderful as I remember them. The servers here are excellent, working carefully to get your order right, and they look as if they enjoy their jobs. I live closer to another location, but I’ll be back here many times.
first timer here. was really good. i lucked out and a customer treated us to it. being we are Yankees from the north and never had it before. so that was really cool. very much enjoyed it. i order just the regular burger n fries to get an idea of the food. place was nice n clean. bathrooms as well . looking forward to the next time.Food: 5/5
I just visited Whataburger on Cameron Road Austin, Texas. I placed my order at the drive through window. The girl and the boy working the drive-through window, are very rude, mean, nasty spirited and unprofessional!!!! I asked to speak to her manager, that appeared to make her even more angrier. She slammed the food on the window edge and said y’all better come get him before I do something, then she slammed the window shut. As I was trying to explain to the manager about her behavior, he rudely cut me off and said “we got too many people in the drive-through and that’s the way I trained her. I’m sorry!!!! I DO NOT recommend anyone to patronize this location. No one should share their hard earned money at this location; customers service is absolutely, extremely below standard! I intend to make a complaint to the district and corporate offices concerning this matter.
Had ordered 2 chicken sandwiches one baked and the other fried. Both different ways got the opposite. Still ate it but got chewed out later. Either way we both got full. Gave 5stars cause it was fast and fresh.Food: 5/5
terrible!!! ITS LITERALLY WHATA-GAMES WHERES THE SPIRIT? everything was literally old i heard absolutely 0 timers going off and it seems as if they been doin finegetting by selling all their waste product. i got the AVBB avacado,bacon combo and a cobb salad. wife had the cob not even sure if it was maintained in correct temps.. the fries from my combo was over cooked and where cold within seconds. my burger was all around cold. i went back from Zees hair which is 5 min away and waitied on them to remake the order.. they literally had threw nothing away just put the fries back in the grease and put the old patties back on the grill. i know cause we eat whataburger at least once a week so at least 100$ a month.

I had went when it was very slow and had ordered two triple whataburgers. The man who toke my order was very respectful and kind and had a whole lot of patience with my order. I had no clue what I wanted so he had asked me silly questions like "How hungry are you". Which I responded "I could eat a horse". So he recommended the triple whataburger. Once I got to the window he had taken my money and gave me my drinks and told me he was gonna be the one Making the food because there was only 3 on duty which he then proceeded to do. The burgers were expertly crafted and the fries were as fresh as could be and the customer service was even better.. very mood lifting considering I had got off work prior. So here is my look at this whataburger, I've been here during busy times and during very dead times of the night and it always makes me happy seeing that man at the window or making the burgers. This man being a worker named Josh. If you ever see this review thank you for making my experience worthwhile
One of the best Whataburgers as far as service goes! Great folks, very clean location too. There was an employee polishing the stainless steel on the furniture taking pride in her store! Wheelchair accessibility: Good ramp and parking
Love Whataburger! They are open late. They have breakfast for 11 hours. They give you great portions.Food: 5/5
