Be prepared to sit in line at the drive thru for a minimum of 25 minutes. 40 if they are busy. How hard is it to get decent employees?

As much as I love Taco Bell, this place is very slow 😕. It gets extremely busy on late night weekends. Be prepared to wait. Cars bailing on the drive thru long line is a common occurrence at this location.

Usually quick with the food. Clean store. Semi friendly staff. I did happen to wait for 3 tacos, it took 40 minutes. The manager said it was because one person called off. I understand, they were pretty busy, but 40 minutes? For. 3. Tacos. Side note:one customer stated he couldn't wait longer and needed a refund, the manager told him she couldn't do refunds back to his bank card and proceeded to give him cash instead, I just don't think that's right

Stood and waited for someone to take my order for 7 minutes, no hello, no be with you in a moment, no acknowledgement at all. The drive thru girl did announce they needed someone up front. When I finally said something, after 2 people left. I was met with argumentive criticism. Afraid my food would be tampered with I left and went to the circle. Had a great experience at that store.
