The bathroom key is attached to an ice cream scoop, which kind of grosses me out. The men's bathroom had no soap in it. I reported it and they seemed blithely unconcerned. They might have refilled it but nobody said that they would do so. Based on the total lack of focus and energy, it was hard to tell who was on break and who was working. Friendly enough staff, but pretty unimpressive overall.

I am beyond disappointed. To be exact, I order 6 burritos total through the drive thru. Once I got home I realized my order was not anything close to what I asked for so I went back, the same guy was taking orders through the drive thru. Instead of asking me politely what the problem was, he was rude and approached me with saying "WHAT" that's when I had it. Another lady from behind was just mean mugging me from behind him and tried to talk to me as if I'm the problem for the wrong order. I repeated my order several times both times at the drive thru. Both staff members were rude and unapologetic. Even though they said they fixed my order the second time, I checked again and my order was still not close to what I asked. Problem with the staff here is they don't listen properly. I understand this isn't no 5 star restaurant but there's no reason to treat anyone the way they did. If I could rate this Taco Bell location a '0' I definitely would, there's was nothing but a huge lack of customer service.

Adien great young man he was the only person doing anything he did the drive thru he made meals he ran the register he made day better everyone else just stood around and did the nothing it’s crazy he’s not the manager i wouldn’t have came back here if it weren’t for him he should be the MANAGER the rest of your employees are lazy👎🏾👎🏾

This was easily the worst Taco Bell franchise I've ever been to... the people were very nice, but it only had about half the standard menu. I ordered crunch wraps and every other Taco Bell I have been to they are thin and saucer sized and gently grilled. For some reason at this establishment they were almost as thick as they were wide they were a ball about the size of my fist and they were burnt on both sides. They also did not have the standard potato round tater tot things... Instead they had these little goo-ball Donuts... I was not impressed
