What can you say? It's a Taco Bell. This one has been newly remodeled so that is a nice aesthetic. The parking lot is always a pain to get out of since it is so close too a major intersection.

On May 16th at 11:41PM I arrived at the Taco Bell in Cottonwood Heights which I frequent often enough as it is the closest to my house. I was told that they were closed due to "staffing issues". When I pulled around there was a sedan at the window that had clearly just ordered minutes before me. I was stuck waiting behind this car for another 9 minutes. When I pulled up I was greeted at the window by this fine employee who proceeded to give me the finger and make masturbation gestures at me. I have the event recorded and intend on following up with corporate.

This is a place of history, 40 years ago it was still Taco Bell. I would eat there BUT today it should be called the Crap Hole, run by slow, rude, unhappy, did I say slow? 25 minutes for 2 box meals, grandma's grandkids running around while she tries to work, not a daycare, taco bell, and her holy cow of a jack-o-lantern daughter comes only to borrow her phone while I stand waiting. Two line guys not caring about anyone inside and a manager? Didn't see her until I asked why my fast food was taking almost a half hour, and she replied with only Loud Rudeness. People hearing this and walking out, asking for a refund which is what I should have done. Dried out naked chicken, smashed burrito, broken shells, cold cheese and the rest of the day in and out of the john. My experience should not be yours. STAY AWAY from this formerly historic place. Now a bad bad bad place. Go the distance and eat at Del Taco or if you NEED Taco Bell, GO TO a different location!

Food was great they just need some employees, I waited 35 minutes for a simple meal for myself , the owner or Manger needs to figure this major problem out
