Receipt clearly stated no sour cream. Our food had sour cream. Drove back 30 minutes to replace the food and no compensation was given. They said sorry but with attitude.

We won't be going back. We got a crispy chicken quesadilla that was probably normal, a steak quesadilla that was fine, a crunch wrap supreme that was fine, but we also got a Fritos burrito with no Fritos, our Mexican pizza was stale and smelled too rancid to eat, and all three of our tacos were so stale that they had no crunch at all and were shrunken to the size of the fillings of the taco. We also did not receive our most expensive item, our 12-pack of Cinnabon delights, which is what we were all looking forward to and the reason we went to Taco Bell in the first place. The service was good other than the fact that we didn't receive our items. Just wish the food wasn't sitting out for what I can only assume is all day.

Rude prep staff, they messed up my order twice while being there. I expressed I had a dairy allergy when I ordered. The first order wasn't even what I asked for and it had cheese. The second time the they made the right order, but it still had cheese. I had been at the store for 30 minutes at this point and left with nothing to eat. More concerned about getting food out fast then getting it right.

Tony made sure that our order was not only met but the customer service, even while suffering through system issues, was more satisfied than at the 5 star resorts. Thank you for caring about the customers and this will keep us coming back. Thanks tony!
