Worse service I've ever had there. All the employees were busy talking with thier classmates after a game I guess.2/3 of the kids weren't ordering ,just gathering, which is understandable being a Friday night in highschool. But the employees need to understand when you have paying customers waiting 10 min past pushing the button before your order is taken and another 20 till it comes out is not the idea behind a drive thru! Consequently my food was cold and my shake half melted. Not $23 worth at all. Still tipped the server but only because I know what they're paid. The community should give the kids a safe place to gather on the weekend nights that don't affect the buisness or the customers. Kids parked in 5-6 spots and hung around other vehicles. Sorry for the rant, but that was my visit. I now know not to go on a Friday night.

This was a place that was an enjoyable place to go to get an after school slush, snack or whatever but the service has gone downhill ridiculously. I give places the benefit of the doubt but 3 times in a row...COME ON I think we need to so a little house cleaning and find some people who love their job

God awful service. Wouldn't even send someone I didn't like to try and order something from this place. push the red button and wait for five or ten minutes, I felt ignored, and was hung up on in the middle of ordering. So now I have to order twice and forgot half the things you wanted. When the car hop arrives and acts like they could care less about being here, why would I ever want to come back? No up sales, no smiles, no read back, nor do they even tell me which drink is which. Where's my damn peppermints?!
