I truly don’t know what is wrong with this Taco Bell - worst one I’ve ever been to honestly. They can’t keep any employees and they’re always hiring. Most of the employees that they do keep simply suck - either bad attitudes or horrible work ethic. There’s been several different visits where we’ve waited longer than 30 minutes just for a family of 3. They only focus on the drive thru and even then, the drive thru’s still almost out of the parking lot all the time! Tables and drink area are almost always dirty. They also mess up something in the order basically every time we go. This time we went and were told that it’d be at least a 30 minute wait once we order. At least they gave us a heads up but that’s just ridiculous for “fast food”. There’s no reason really. It’s a Monday night when everyone’s out of town.

On a recent visit to Taco Bell, Sunday Nov.5 during lunch, it took some 30 minutes for my wife and I to receive our order, which was only 2 of the $5 boxes. When I inquired why the delay, I was told they were short handed. It was strange however that customers that ordered AFTER me had their food. I guess my order was the only one filled by the short handed staff since no one else had to wait that long. Go there when you have plenty of time to kill.

Prices have risen to roughly match those of table service restaurants. Pepsi products, of course. However, unlike recent years, service is friendly, food is fast, and tastes pretty good. No longer one of the worst stores in the chain.

Best taco bell around. Food is always great and people are always kind. Service is a little slow but thats to be expected when they have to carry so much business for the little store that it is. It makes me sad when I go in there and they have customers yelling at the cashiers about the food when they can't even do anything about it. Wish they got more recognition for how hard they work.
