Good food per usual but unfortunately, that was a surprise. The person we ordered from didn’t seem to know too much of what they were doing. Added a pick 2 as two full priced items, offered the $0.99 pastry but added full price, etc, etc. They were completely out of all of the teas. We have currently finished our meals and they have still not been refilled. We also ordered a rapid pick up while we were eating (seemed smarter/faster than waiting in line and trying to order correctly again). That came out almost exactly when the app said it would so that was great. We got the Green Goddess Salad (pictured), Half Bacon, Turkey, Avocado and Half Thai Chicken (pictured), a Caramel Apple Thumbprint Scone and a Macaroon. All of it was delicious.

Food is good and consistent but portion sizes have went down while prices are the same if not higher. 2 half sandwiches, half soup, half salad and 2 soft drinks are $28.00 (food for 2 people). There are to many other places around with good just as good for less money. They need to adjust prices based on lunch and dinner times.

I'd trust cocktails with Bill Cosby before I trust Panera with basic customer service skills. Rapid-To-Go ordering is not so rapid. Ordered two simple items that showed available at 12:03. Panera App showed pick up by 12:10. 12:18 rolls around and someone comes from behind the counter (after joking and making coffees for people that were not even in line to order after I got there and waited for my already placed to go order), shows me my ticket and says they don't have the bagel and their coffee machine is broken (PS- just watched you make coffee). Needless to say my 91 year old grandfather has been sitting in the car now for approximately 10 minutes now. I ask nicely for a cancellation and refund because my grandfather is in the car and I need to get him home. The person from behind the counter gets the "manager" (whom walked 10 laps around me in the time I was standing there waiting for my non-existent order) and asks to do my refund. Instead of doing my refund, the "manager" picks up one of the iced tea vats and goes behind the counter. At that point after waiting almost 20 minutes for invisible food, I gave up. Please, keep my money it's clearly not worth it to you. You weren't even that busy. Honestly, if it's that unimportant to take care of your customers, don't make promises you can't deliver on, and try actually doing what you're supposed to do, which is contact the customer when you can't fulfill the order- well that's what Panera Corporate told me, but don't worry, I'll go somewhere that will actually like to serve food and get paid for it. If I treated my customers that poorly, I wouldn't have customers, or a job.

Today was my first time here, the staff was super friendly and sweet, great place to grab breakfast! Was able to eat and work. It is hard to find a table with an outlet but if you are lucky you can snag one.
