I ordered steak tacos. I can not even bite them. The shells are hard and discolored on the edges. The very small amount of steak is in small dried-up shreds and is extremely salty. I was also given the incorrect salsa. it was not fresh either. I threw the entire meal in the trash. I immediately called the restaurant but no one answered the phone.
The service was excellent and the employees were nice and very professional. They make sure their dinning area is kept clean and well stocked. They also have a nice dinning area outside as well. The food was tasty and yummy. I was unable to show pictures of their cooking area, per managers request, I would of loved to show those tortillas cooking. The bathroom is nice, but small. I would go and eat here again. Pancakes and eggs . Quesadilla with chicken and a cheese quesadilla. And a number 68, scrambled eggs and refried beans bacon with tortilla and chili. Was ordered.
Inquired if they had their Lengua Burrito as a platter. Was told yes. When I got my order home, found that it's not in a Burrito, just the meat with rice and beans. Food was cold when I got it home. Fortunately, the wife's Tacos were correct. Called to the store and was given 2 weak excuses. 1. Cashiers don't know exactly how plates are organized. What???? You're telling me that cashiers are selling food without being properly informed? 2. Pandemic Excuse that they're short handed and not everyone is properly trained.
Absolutely disgusted with this establishment. The workers are unsanitary. Did not see gloves worn working with customers food or drink. Saw worker in drive thru holding lids in mouth before putting them on drink and serving to customers. Absolutely unacceptable. We go here often to get their watermelon drink and after seeing this today we will not be returning. I have never seen something so bad and unsanitary before in fast food. Customers beware!!!
Hello i went to Taco Cabana on Coors on Albuquerque NM. I got their around 6:10am in the drive threw. I waited about 10 min when i notice i didn't get no help. No one answer on the microphone saying " ill be right with you" or anything. So i drove up to the window and still people were ignoring me until finally some lady came up. I asked are you "open" she said yes. I said i been waiting at the microphone and no one has said anything..the lady said " well were not ready and if were not ready were not going to respond" so then i placed my order then she said well are you going to have a problem and closed the window on me and deny me service. I try to call the restaurant to get that ladies number but no response. I would like so hear from a manager on how to fix this problem.
I like taco Cabana I've been a customer for years. The store in San Mateo has it on lock if they could reflect the customer service they give up there at the drive thru this store would probably get way more of mine and other peoples business. This location has good food but lacks in customer service due to them being short staffed most of the time. In turn when asking for condiments they forget to give them. Who likes eating dry tacos with no salsa or coffee without sugar or sweetener better yet no spork? Taco Cabana is known for their salsas. Today I ordered some food from here and they forgot the green salsa and the sporks! I had to use the beans in place of the salsa to even out the dryness of the chicken on my tacos. That's where the experience gets frowned upon. You really need to be on top of reminding them to put salsas/napkins/sporks or creamer for the morning coffee when ordering drive thru. If your looking for a fast in & out this one might not work out for you. I recommend dinning inside vs. the drive up at this location. If you get off you'll have a good experience.
Wow. When their food is made properly it may be very delicious, but please do not give this location business. I cannot believe this place. Several times recently they have put bacon in my order, and the last time we took it back they simply removed the bacon from the burritos and did not remake them, so they still tasted like bacon. I cannot eat bacon, and this experiences make me physically ill and very upset. Today, I took our burritos back in and I explained the situation, very kindly. I asked if they could maybe look into their quality control, because bacon is an item that many people have problems with. The lady at the register was lovely. The manager did not apologize or act like a manager at all. She was rude and abrupt. She did have them remake the burritos - a quarter of the size of the original ones! Seriously? That is what I get for politely trying to talk about a concern?? I am absolutely appalled. I understand that it is hard to work in customer service. I promise I was not mean, and I was very polite. These might be breakfast tacos? Not burritos. And no chile. I asked for Christmas. Amazing. These guys DO NOT want your business.
I waited outside for the lobby to open because I just walked across my apartment to get breakfast before walking back across the street to work and asked an employee if they could make a beyond meat breakfast burrito and she said yes, so I waited. Then when they finally opened and I walked inside to order and it took forever for someone to take my order, she informed me that they didn’t have beyond meat. So I wasted my time and now don’t have any time to walk somewhere else to get breakfast before work. This is the third bad experience in a row that I’ve had at this location and I used to go here all the time.
Went on 10/28 at 1020 and went through the drive through and got terrible ride customer service it took over 15 minutes amd we only order two things we saw the staff eating food while cooking tha. Was rudely asked to move forward when the saw that we noticed what they were doing, which is unfortunate as taco cabana is usually a good place but I recommend staying far away from this location, hopefully management will read this and make changes
I was at the drive threw at 9:30 waited ten minutes and nobody answered my calls when I passed the drive threw workers wee laughing play around or something just fyi don’t go to this place late they won’t serve you they don’t wanna work past 10 pm.. owners please take action
