This office is one of the few places that accepts state insurance. While they have room for improvement, they do the best they can to be nice and seem to genuinely care about people. They helped get me out of pain and I am very greatfull that I found them. The doctor did a great job and was a very kind lady. I can tell she is a good doctor by the way she took time to explain things to me. There was a long wait but there were a lot of people trying to get seen but for me it was worth it. All the other places I had called wouldn't even see me for 2 to 3 months. They also gave me a big discount on work that was not covered by my insurance.

Didn't know how to use email. Sat for two hours while the receptionist kept giving my normal dentist office the wrong email adress to sent my x-rays too. Staff was freidnly enough however and was able to get me the same day.

This is the most awful place to go,you might as well pull the tooth yourself.I had a wisdom tooth pulled on Tuesday morning,it's now Sunday,I'm in the worst pain I've ever been in my entire life,worse than before I went in.Then afterwards,they'll only write u a script for ibuprofen,I don't have dry socket because I been in this pain before the numbing medicine even wore off,being awakened 2 times a night/morning in extreme pain,now I have to go to emergency room cuz they don't have after hours number to call.I'm pretty sure IL get blown off at the hospital meaning no meds,Effen ridiculous.BTW,this pain has been continuous and nonstop for the last couple days,no sleep last night,upper jaw,ear,lower jaw all swollen,if you or a love one have dental emergency,please wait it out for better dentist.This is a good place to send someone you don't like,I promise,you they'll never forget it.I had teeth pulled many times and nothing compares to this not even my testicle surgery,believe me do not go or send anyone you like or love to this place...7_24_2016

This place was HORRIBLE! DONT GO THERE!! For one, they only have 1 doctor so they make you wait an hour or more to get seen. For two, they schedule people back to back knowing they only have one doctor so there's no space in scheduling. For three, there receptionist has an attitude and is horrible at scheduling with the circumstances they have. For four, they don't take their time while in surgery, like waiting till a client is fully numb in order to start the procedure. For five, they try talking you out of surgery if they are backed up or have too many clients so they can go home. For six, they don't know really what they are doing, they ask you about what you need done, they don't base things off x-rays or prior dental history with other doctors. Lastly, they schedule walk ins ahead of you nomatter if you pre-scheduled or not. Today my husband and I experienced all of these things during his appointment and we never been so disappointed or let down in our lives. We were there from 2:25-5:30 and our appointment was set for 2:30. Don't do it.
