I don’t do a lot of food trucks. This is On the west side of 287, it’s a cute little food truck. Nice small tacos, I had one and my friend had two. We ate in my car and it was a pleasant surprise of flavor. Nice snack.  Parking: In a parking strip. You won’t really stay long. So not much of a concern.  Wheelchair accessibility: I do not use a wheelchair, however it is very convenient and spacious for parking and wheelchair access.

These tacos are good! We took a day trip to Longmont from Fort Collins nothing even close to these tacos there we ordered a few tacos, ate them, left to get a few beers and came back for more before heading back. We will be back and with more people. If you don't enjoy these tacos, you probably a taco bell kinda person.Food: 5/5

Best tacos I've had so far in CO. Both of their salsas were surprisingly good too! Just be prepared to wait in line for 10-15 minutes. This food truck is popular and for good reason.

Fast, friendly service and the food is simply sensational. Absolutely delicious; all the meat is cooked to perfection, seasoned well, the the vegetables are fresh. I got the tacos and quesadillas and they couldn't have been better. I will absolutely be back!  Edit October 12, 2023. Went back again and this place is easily five stars. Amazing food. Great, friendly service and my tacos and quesadilla were ready super fast. Just go here, you won't regret it. Legitimately some of the best tacos I've ever eaten.  Edit October 24, 2023: Back again tonight. I don't know how you can get any better than this place. Tacos GTO is so good that it makes me realize that other places I've given five stars might not actually be as good as I thought they were. The salsa verde is the perfect blend of spicy and flavorful. The meat is cooked perfectly, the tortillas are somehow crisp but soft. Just go here. Whatever you order is going to be amazing. Me? I stick with the quesadillas and tacos, but anything you get will be amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough. I'm not even done with my quesadilla yet and I'm already looking forward to the next time I stop here. Honestly, this may be my favorite restaurant in Longmont. Consistently unbelievably delicious food. I've lived in Texas and southern California, and I've traveled to Mexico and central America, and this place easily beats any Mexican place I've been to. Just go here. Order everything. You won't be disappointed.  Edit: January 31, 2024: Yep. Back again. Literally eating quesadillas as I type this. Dude taking orders tonight who I hadn't seen before, but still SUPER friendly and let me practice my Spanish a bit. Incredible people, incredible food. I'm not even done eating my food yet and I'm already looking forward to the next time I go here.  Edit: February 2, 2024. Yeah, me again. "But weren't you just there two days ago?" Yeah, I was, shut up. Also, technically I ate their food yesterday too since I ordered a lot two days ago and had leftovers. You know the drill at this point; fast, friendly service and the best tasting Mexican food I've ever had. The dude who takes the orders is legitimately helping me learn Spanish and making more feel more confident using it. Oh, also, the salsas are unreal. I'm a gringo but they're the perfect level of spiciness; TONS of flavor and hot enough to keep you from getting too cocky. Go here, order whatever, be happy, you're welcome.  Wheelchair accessibility: Yep. It&#39;s a taco truck with sidewalk accessibility.

The asada tacos are phenomenal!! Everything is just right the meat is seasoned perfectly, the tortillas are the best in town, the salsas are great and they also give you caramelized onions!!!Food: 5/5

I’ve given these tacos a chance 3 times and every time they disappoint. The meat is very low quality compared to other tacos in the area and the place in general feels a little unsanitary.Food: 1/5

I don’t know who the best tacos are in town, but these are on the top tier. Can’t go wrong. $2.50 a taco.  Wife loves Chorizo, then Carne Asada, but not crazy about the Al Pastor.

BEST TACOS IN LONGMONT! The barbacoa here is amazing and the tacos are such a good deal at $2.50. Plus they give you free chips and salsa and play Spongebob in the dining room. This place is a gem.

I’m from California/ Mexican America. I grew up eating barbacoa. These are the best barbacoa tacos I have ever had period. The meat is super tasty!!! And the tortillas are soft and yummy.
