I worked with Kelly Irish.  She was great to work with and I really enjoyed the experience.  I was there for 3 hours walking around sitting on furniture and laying on beds.  Actually had fun and didn't feel pressured at all.  I did buy a beautiful living room set and couldn't be happier.   The only downside, I believe delivery should be free when you are spending so much money.  Taft gets the 4 stars for that, but Kelly gets 5!

The prices are good and they have a stylish selection.  Always lots of specials and friendly but not pushy staff.  I thank Danny for helping me find just what I need!

My love seat and sofa was exactly what I was looking for. Got it for a great price. Delivery was simple and easy and on time. I would highly recommend shopping Taft.

The only reason I'm even giving a 2 star rating is because all of the associates we worked with were very professional and kind. However, the bedroom set I bought looks beautiful but has been a nightmare!! We purchased the MB43 Queen Storage bed with matching dresser w/ mirror & night stand and a Beautyrest Recharge mattress. First, the queen mattress is to small for the queen size bed frame even with a thick bedspread. This is a big problem because remember this is a storage bed so, any little and even some big things that can fall between the 3-4 inch gap, does!!  In the first 5-6 months even though we had not slept in the bed for approximately half of that time, the bed squeaks terribly any time one of us moves!! One of the slats have come loose and for whatever reason no matter how many times we tighten and adjust the screw it just keeps happening. The mattress has to be one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I've ever owned!!  The dresser drawer isn't shutting flush like it should and is now rubbing on the center support and wearing the varnish! The only thing we haven't had any issues with is the night stand. I don't usually give negative reviews but, I am sorry this has been a huge headache 🤕 for me especially. I bought this new set for our new home  to surprise my husband and he sleeps on the couch most nights  because he can't stand it!! We will be looking to replace this set probably sooner than later but I don't believe we will be return customers to Taft Furniture.

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by a customer service rep. She was very friendly and personable. When we finally decided on what mattress we wanted she was knowledgeable about the brand and helped us place our order. Overall the experience was a positive one.
