We are impressed with Matt Talbot. He is straightforward, very knowledgeable and a great listener. He is decisive which helped us finish this task quickly. He has been in this business for 10 years and works with all kinds of people and many different situations come up.  Our documents benefit from Matt’s knowledge.  Also, one of the best things is Matt sense of humor, he makes us smile.  I imagine Matt is powerful in court. He is smart, clear, concise and enthusiastic.

Matt wrote our estate plan which includes a revocable trust, our wills, power of attorney and advanced health care directive.  He know his stuff. We actually read the documents and had a bunch of questions that Matt spent time answering. Now, I wanted simple documents, but guess that is not the best thing. We are thinking of our heirs and how to make inheriting simple for them. That means the Trust needs to be complete and have many clauses in case there is a certain problem. If the trust spells out what to do, then in the long away future after we pass away, our children will have an easy time with the inheritance process.
