Story

I am William P. Davis, an attorney with more than 20 years experience in matters involving family law, divorce, real estate, short sales and foreclosures.

In the area of family law, I guide clients through the divorce process and resolve related matters such as child custody, visitation, child support, spousal support and division of community property. My cases range from relatively simple divorces to those involving contentious disputes over children or property.

Whenever possible, I try to achieve solutions through negotiation and mediation. These techniques can help keep legal costs low and minimize the long-term emotional fallout. If necessary though, I will assertively litigate to protect my client's rights and achieve his or her goals.

In the area of real estate, short sales and foreclosures, I provide representation that will help protect my clients in real estate matters, incuding short sales and foreclosures. I assist with the sale of their home and the negotiation of the release of any debt, both of which are both integral to a short sale.

The foreclosure and short sale process can be fraught with dangers as the laws and process are daunting. I give a free thirty minute consultation to see if I can help. Both myself and my wife have a great deal of experience in working with banks and other attorneys to get you the best result possible.
