Jeffery C. Talley has been practicing law since 1991. His practice has been established in the Gainesville, Georgia area although he travels throughout the State to handle criminal cases. The practice covers cases falling in jurisdictions of the Superior Courts, State Courts, Probate Courts, as well as Municipal Courts. During this time, his area of practice has been limited to criminal defense.  
 Since beginning his practice, Mr. Talley has handled several high-profile cases. One of these cases was a Hall County gang-related murder drive by shooting in which two individuals were killed. It was alleged by the prosecution that his client was a gang member who, along with other gang members, went by a local home and sprayed the house with gunfire which resulted in the death of two individuals. Mr Talley, along with two other defense attorneys, represented this case in which it was alleged that our client was the "trigger man" in this double homicide. The client was found not guilty after a jury trial that lasted several weeks. 
 Another assignment involved a large-scale RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) case wherein the client along with other alleged gang members were indicted for being involved in various illegal activities ranging from drug possession and distribution to various weapons charges and various aggravated assault charges against other individuals. In this case, Mr. Talley was successful in getting the charges against his client dismissed.
