I moved in to Tam Ridge a few months ago and must admit, it’s been an absolutely wonderful experience! Since joining the community I’ve been able to do laps in the heated pool and work out in the fitness facility all from home! I feel safe and comfortable and the community is well kept by the full time maintenance and cleaning teams. The management running the facility are the sweetest and most courteous people around! They make sure the place stays in tip top shape! So happy to have chosen living at Tam Ridge !

Tyler, of the management staff at Tam Ridge Apartments, is both professional and very personable.  The tour he provided of the property showed me all the great features of Tam Ridge yet with zero pressure or hard sell techniques  from the sales staff.  The apartments and property are very upscale and tastefully done... someplace I would really like to live

I was one of the first to move in. Recent changes with the staffing and policies are improving how I feel living here. staff is very welcoming and helpful and motivated to make everyone happy. The hard work is noticed!

Cozy homes. Location is great near 101 exit. Staffs great esp Tyler.  Great neighbors. ....my kids are loving it here!
