Nearly anyone can be a realtor BUT only a few are GREAT.  Ted is one of the great ones.  Extraordinarily responsive.  Incredibly resourceful.  Unmatched expertise.  Deep community connections.  Unique design eye.  Top notch negotiation and deal making skills.  
Ted is the hardest working man in real estate..... because he enjoys it ... and that is contagious.  My wife and I have bought and sold and rented using Ted and he has always under-promised and over-delivered.

I simply cannot speak higher of Ted Strodder.  He treats you like you are his only client with his responsiveness, insight, honesty and kindness, especially when things get stressful.  Your concerns become HIS concerns and you feel relieved to know he is going to bat for you.  His professionalism and market-knowledge are top notch.  His love of all things Marin is contagious.  If you spend an hour with Ted, I guarantee you’ll walk away some new local knowledge, no matter how long you’ve lived here!!!    When you love what you do it shows.  Thanks Ted!!!

We have enjoyed great success working with Ted on a combination of residential opportunities for a span of nearly two decades.  He originally helped us enter the Marin market with a charming starter home in San Rafael.  A few year later with our growing family, Ted saw the future and helped us trade into a fantastic situation where we still live today in Mill Valley.

 The success did not end there, as he also has an eye for investment opportunities throughout Marin.  After several years of exchanging ideas about properties, Ted recently helped us close on a home in Novato which provides us some valuable investment diversification.

 Not only does Ted know the region and local economy extremely well, but he also has valuable contacts throughout the area which he is more than willing to share.  Whether for mortgage financing, landscaping, designers, construction contractors, housekeeping, accountant services, permitting advice, and more--he has always steered us in the right direction.

 Most importantly Ted's a good guy.  He has a keen sense of humor, yet shows amazing grace under the pressure of negotiating numerous and complex transactions.  And after the transaction is done, he has remained at our side to make sure the property serves those purposes we all envisioned. In addition to having learned to truly value his real estate acumen, we have also grown to appreciate his friendship.

I want to thank Ted Strodder for the wonderful job he did for me with the purchase of two investment properties in Marin.  Ted was very knowledgeable and a delight for me to work with.  The two properties that I bought are a perfect match for me and my investment objectives.

Ted was very diligent, always positive and brought unique insights into Greenbrae real estate market thru his years of experience.  He provided facts-based advice at every step of the process to get us thru successful closing.  We have recommended Ted to several of our friends looking to buy a home in Marin in the past and we won't hesitate to recommend him again.
