I am not usually someone who complains or leaves bad reviews. But I feel I should in this situation, so hopefully it can help someone else. My first appointment with DR. Berg was my first "adult" dentist appointment after being with my pediatric dentist for my whole life. She first looked at my teeth and asked if I drank pop or tea, umm yeah? Most people do! She then proceeded to lecture me on how horrible it was for my teeth, she even handed me a brochure with pictures explaining what it can do to your teeth.. the way she approached this was just..rude? And was very offensive. I felt like was being attacked and scolded for drinking tea! Well, after this appointment I had a couple of old fillings that needed to be replaced I guess, so.. even though I wasn't super happy with how this appointment went, I thought, "well maybe I am just being overly sensitive, I'll give her the benefit of the doubt". That's the type of person I am, well I made my second appointment to replace the old fillings.. I went back a week later.. saying this appointment was a nightmare is putting it nicely! First she couldn't get me deadened enough with the first shot, so she gave me a second.. I still could feel pain, I still wasn't numb enough, she told me she couldn't give me anymore, so I would just have to "grit my teeth and bare it"!! Excuse me?!?! I had tears in my eyes and white knuckles from gripping the sides of the chair from being in so much pain as she continued to drill, even though I told her I could still feel it! This wasn't only a nightmare and the most pain I've ever felt, (and I've endured natural child birth) this has scarred me and I haven't been back to a dentist since! I definitely won't go back to her! When they kept calling me to reschedule, I tried to tell them my concerns and that it was horrible I could still feel pain, she chuckled and told me I needed to "toughen up, and floss!!" ???? Seriously?? If you like her great!! If you still want to give her a shot, great! Go for it! I wish you luck!! Maybe you will be easier to deaden than I was!

I was referred to Dr Berg several years ago when The dentist I had could not see me for 2 weeks for a broken tooth.  I called her office and was immediately told to come in and they would see me.  I was treated as if I had been a lifelong patient.  So, it would go without saying, I am still a patient; and will as long as she stays in business.

I have been using Dr. Berg since I was left in a lurch by another dentist.  He did not refuse to see me, but 2 weeks for a broken tooth is excessive, I feel.  I have had no difficulties with any service I have received from the Doctor or the Staff at this office.  I have had cavities, caps, and the usual cleanings.  All good!  If there is any followup, there is no problem there, either.  Very professional.

Ms. Berg treats my family as her own.  She is an excellent dentist, loves her family & church, and she serves her community with honor.  You cannot go wrong with her as your dentist.
